3. Gmail & Google OAuth Integration

COMPX Leads Pro offers optional Gmail integration via Google OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Gmail account, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize COMPX Leads Pro to send emails on your behalf through your Gmail account.
  • You authorize COMPX Leads Pro to read incoming emails solely to detect prospect replies and auto-stop follow-up sequences.
  • You understand that you can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • You agree to use the Gmail integration only for lawful email outreach purposes.
  • You agree not to use our platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or emails that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any other applicable laws.
  • COMPX Leads Pro does not store email content on our servers and does not share your Gmail data with third parties.
  • Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the extracted data complies with all applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or CAN-SPAM).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided on COMPX Leads Pro (including software, design, and logos) are the exclusive property of COMPX Leads Pro and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
