3. Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the 7-day period has expired.
• Accounts that have consumed more than 10% of their monthly/yearly credits.
• Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, illegal data usage).
• Renewal payments (unless canceled prior to the renewal date).
